Now "Trickledown Economics"... this is where government uses illicit power to confiscate the property of those who produced it, use most of it to pay themselves in extravagant terms and to but assurances toward maintaining their own power, and 'trickle the meager balance of that ill-gotten property down to the lowest common denominator OKA: The DREGS! (The Dregs are those of the weakest character, usually drug abusing malcontents who, are otherwise perfectly capable of providing for themselves but who CHOOSE not to do so; those who are otherwise counter-productive to the viability of their nation, thus represent a clear and present danger to every free sovereign on earth.)
