More important is whether HHS overstepped its legal authority. The White House and congressional Democrats must show leadership by acknowledging that piecemeal fixes will not solve the seemingly insurmountable problems already apparent. Implementation of the law should be postponed until President Obama can assure the public that the legal challenges are resolved, the systemic glitches are fixed, there is full transparency to the application process, and the threat of identity theft is addressed. Should President Obama continue ignoring the obvious and insist that the law will succeed, history will likely remember his legacy legislation as the Hindenburg of Health Care rather than the Affordable Care Act.

Thirty-five people died on the Hindenburg and it was seen by Americans as a horrible tragedy. In today’s world it barely qualifies as an unfortunate accident. Listen to the way one man personified the way Americans of that era cried in pain at the loss of life:

In Socialism’s Culture of Death millions will die horrible deaths in the coming decades if HillaryCare II is not repealed before it is fully implemented, yet not one leading Democrat sheds a tear as they conspire to make the economics of death work better.

Millions is not an exaggeration. The death panels Democrats swore did not exist will order the deaths of countless elderly and infirm Americans. Reduced patient care coupled with lost insurance polices will add to the death toll. Incompetent HMO doctors forced on those who do have insurance will add more death, plus pain, to the butchery the ACA promises. The greatest number of deaths will be added by lazy bums who will end up with tenure at the public trough protected by the SEIU. Those parasite bums entrusted with caring for patients will come to dominate the healthcare industry on every level below doctors. The Socialist priesthood posing as Democrats made a big mistake when they forced HillaryCare II on the country; a piece of legislation that punished their voters, too. The ACA screws substantial numbers of rank & file Democrat voters in every Democrat party constituency. Worse still for Democrats there is no way Congress can fix HillaryCare II so that it only punishes non-Democrats. Whatever Congress and the insurance industry do with “THE FIX” they must do it to every group save one.

Members of the parasite class on the lowest rung of the economic ladder is the one group that cannot be hurt by the fix. Repeal is the only thing that hurts parasites who expected free care along with tax-dollar-funded-jobs in the healthcare industry. Contrary to what Pelosi says 4,000,000 government jobs is only the beginning:

I did not know that! I am going to have to immediately change my party registration so I can join up with a polictical party that DOES lose sleep over legislation that screws non-Republicans.

Somehow, I always knew that Republicans were kind, considerate people whose aim is entirely to show compassion and consideration for the less fortunate. How silly of me to have been allied with that OTHER party - the party of greed . . . .

A US citizen was targeted with two hellfire missiles from a drone and erupted in a ball of fire similar to Hindenburg while he was driving a car in Yemen but the US media said it was fine because he was a terrorist. The execution and collateral damage in the deaths of the targets son and another person was justified by ...umm....by the US Constitution that used to guarantee arrest, trial and conviction by jury. Who signs the death warrants for US citizens abroad? E-Mail?
