No one that I run with thought this would be a walk a way election for all three levels. Romney ran as a moderate and there was no way he could take Obama as a moderate.

Mitt and his handlers didn't allow him to appeal to the conservative base so consequently he didn't get conservative turn out.

For the Senate races you had Rove and other inside the beltway movers and shakers actively fighting conservatives. He truly preferred Democrats to win over conservatives.

If the house is bringing ACA into budget talks it just shows the GOP house is utilizing the Budget (CR bill) as a tool for political gain. By refusing to budge on it, that shows they are literally blackmailing the country with the CR bill tying it to ACA...which should have nothing to do with budget talks since it's mandatory spending.
