Also....India has a huge potential to help us contain China....lots of manpower....but they need lots of help with their military.

They have tremendous hatred for each other.

All three nations are wary of each other. But alliance even temporary can be made. However China and Russia seem to be making alliance for many projects. One is a deal for a joint Chinese/Russian mission strategy for a joint human base on the moon.Russia usually spouts things with tech. But China has the building foundation for it.

China and Russia are playing a game of being allies.....just for cosmetic purposes and to frighten America.

One cannot blame Russia.....especially now that the biden regime wants to start a new cold war with Russia.
