It is now at about $300 million and to be worth a lot more because there are plans in the works to build a new Secret Service headquarters on the property, among other things.

Five mil in 1985 dollars is worth close to 300 million without improvements. Trump was a builder and a businessman who knew the value of a dollar and made money. The current president was a government drone for his entire adult life and never made a dollar that wasn't confiscated from taxpayers. Which guy would you trust to run the Country?
