How, exactly, will Trump "NOT accept the results of the election"?

Trump's cries of fraud are unsupported by evidence. His claim he will contest the election is either petulance gone wild or his attempt at Birtherism redux.

Either way you slice it, it shows Trump is unfit to be President.
It's a futile waste of time to attempt reality here.

However, each STATE has provisions to challenge an election. Any candidate (local state natl) can challenge. The means play out. In Gore's case he had a right to challenge. W actually filed the suit that went to the Scotus. The irony was that had Gore played out in Fla courts, ultimately the issue would have gone to the Fla legislature, which was held by the gop, and W would have won anyway.

In 2004 in Ohio, there was a pervasive undervote in some African American districts for the potus slot compared to the number of votes for other offices (a state supreme court race, as I recall). Diebold tabulated the results, and there was no way to trace the actual votes ... just a computer tally. Diebold was called into question, and rightly so. However, there was a rational explanation ... that could not be tested because the actual votes weren't individually maintained. But the explanation may have been gay marriage. Most black churches weren't big on gay marriage, but it was an issue in Kerry v. W. People may just not have voted for the potus slot.

Regardless, for the Orange Cookie Monster to have any actual claim, the overall natl race would have to turn on one or just a couple of states, and inside those states have results very close, e.g. inside 1%. If either candidate gets say 320plus EV, there simply cannot be a fraudulent election.
