We KNOW there's been many Embassy attacks....that's not the point. It's going to happen, but it was the way this one happened and how our government lied about it for weeks...and we STILL don't have the truth.

How many of these attacks ended up killing Americans? I heard maybe 1. Did any Americans beg our leaders to send extra security MONTHS before the attacks happened? Benghazi had had 2 or 3 other attacks before the 9/11 attack....so they knew they were under a lot of threat. But they chose to ignore the requests for extra security....ON THE ANNIVERSARY OF 9/11.

Admission: Special Forces were only hours from Benghazi

Command transferred in the midst of a crisis???

This is not the movies. There is not some calvary over the next hill blowing their bugles charging in to save the day. You do not send troops into a situation all willy nilly without good intel. Of course the special ops guys wanted to go, that's their job, but thats the reason for a chain of command. Too many variables to consider with an attack like that. Who knows, that attack could have been a diversion and once more troops landed they spring the real operation. Could have been looking at another Blackhwk down siuation. And you guys would be howling from the rooftop about how Obama sent those troops in to get massacered without good intel.
