Who Are The Palestinians?
That seems pretty definitive.
Indeed. About 80 local Palestinian leaders convened in Gaza, with the assistance of Egypt, and formed a government. They declared independence in their own territory that was defined by international borders. It was all completely legal. Even though it is not required to be recognized by any government, Palestine was recognized by five countries.

Unfortunately, at that time, Palestine was crawling with foreign troops and a few months later the UN divided Palestine into three areas of occupation. This occupation in various forms continues to today.

Occupations do no acquire sovereignty. The sovereignty remains with the people even though the right to exercise that sovereignty could be violated by the occupying power. However, nobody has the authority to negate that right.

Thank you for clarifying what the Quran itself says.

The Muslims are the invading occupiers and they have Never taken the right of the Indigenous Jewish People to have sovereignty over their own ancient homeland.

The Palestinians are descended from those invading 7th Century CE Muslim Arab colonial group and are in no means, at all, the rightful sovereign people of the Land of Israel, call it Syria Palaestina, as the Romans did, or The Region of Palestine as it is sometimes called.

NOBODY HAS THE AUTHORITY TO NEGATE THAT RIGHT.

Thank you for making it abundantly clear that the Jewish People will always have the right to sovereignty over any part of their ancient homeland.

It looks as if those 3 divisions settled the matter so what's the major problem?

What about all of the Jews who have no ancestors from there?
How about all the non Arabs who have married Arabs?

Do they have any claim to the Arabian Peninsula ?

How about their children? And if those children also marry non Arabs and beget children?

You are a foolish man with foolish ideas, all of them meant to delegitimize the valid rights of the Jewish People/Nation to any part of their ancient homeland.

It will never work, and you know it.

I just go by who became legal citizens after WWI. You would have to confront those people involved in that decision.
