Here are some portions of the bill that opened the government (with some musings I had while noting them). Bills like this are exactly why the parties are out dated and we must use a three dimensional rather than linear political system. The bill has been spoken of, but there are sections no one has heard about.
Section 146 - 174,000 to lautenberg
Section 141 - department of labor "mine safety" cut by 1 million dollars.
Section 137 - 600,000,000 to fight wildfires. (Also to pay back for wildfires fought at an unspecified date/time as long as request for back payment is submitted in writing....)
Section 136 - 51,000,000 to fight wildfires. (And previous ones as long as there is a transferable account to send the current funds to)
Section 135 - funds as of September 30, 2013 given back to DHS and ICE. Only to maintain same staffing requirements and expenses.
Section 130 - privacy and civil liberties board receives 3.1 million. ???
Section 129 - Office of special counsel receives 20,639,900 dollars... ???
