I have not seen any indication in the past decade that the American public nor the American justice system has the resolve to make changes at this juncture, even in the face of demonstrable corruption. The American media would certainly be of no help, quite the opposite. But I'm interested in others' views on this.

That's a good list, that would all be progress in the right direction. Perhaps the best thing that could come of this would be a renewed interest and vigor by the American public in ensuring the sanctity and security of our elections, and finding the importance in making time to participate in the various opportunities to be involved in election security at the local level.

If even 1/10 of the voting age public invested a few hours to helping with oversight it would make it that much harder to pull off corruption. The only reason we know as much as we do about the various instances of corruption during and after the 2020 election is because of such people speaking up, taking pictures/videos, and documenting what they experienced. There was much that occurred behind the scenes in the last election, when nobody was watching (or at least they assumed nobody was watching, as in the GA video of counting ballots from under the table after people were made to leave), but the more things are done in plain view, the less the opportunity for corruption and malfeasance.

A state can't "take back" their certified EC vote. The electors voted on December 12th, and that's a bell that can't be "un-rung." It's not the ballot count that counts, but the EC vote.
