and....if you get pulled over by a cop or accosted by one for any reason...be sure and be as polite as possible, say yes sir and no sir, and listen very carefully to any instructions they give you....if you do not follow their instructions and sometimes their instructions can be confusing and different ones might be shouting different instructions...thus placing you in extreme jeopardy.

Just depends on how much you value your life.....it should not be that way...but unfortunately that is the way it is in some if not a lot of cases....as the wise man said....fight your battles in court not on the street.

Yet some will go in a tirade and berate the cop whilst he writes the ticket....anyone that does that is playing roulette with their life.

I went to High School with a guy ...in a bar one night a couple of cops tried to roust him for some reason...he resisted arrest....they managed finally with great difficulty to get the handcuffs on him....then they took him in a back room and beat him to death. Now the reason for the handcuff law is to prevent cops from doing that...but....they did it anyway....nothing was done about it...no doubt such was much more common before video cameras etc. Cops are more careful now generally speaking. But I would never bet my life on it.

One should also understand many cops have been slain by a perp who suddenly pulls out a concealed weapon...so their paranoia in some cases is just good procedure....how would you like to have a job of pulling over complete strangers ...not knowing what they may have at their disposal, not knowing what their reaction might be?

I remember a case in St. Louis once where a cop riding one of those 3 wheel motorcycles that some have going about his daily routine of writing parking tickets...........a negro gets very angry because the cop had put a ticket on his windshield and cranks up his car races down the street and runs over the cop on his motorcycle and kills him...he never even saw him coming.

He left behind 3 small chldren and a grieving widow.

I agree too many cops are trigger happy....I disagree that it is a racial problem in the great majority of cases.

Cops do not go out hunting blacks to shoot thought that is the impression the liberals/progressives/socialists and marxists try to propagate.

It is very difficult to weed out bad cops or convict them if they committ a crime.

Why is that?

First of all they have very strong unions to protect them and most juries are very reluctant to convict a cop whom they view as their protectors and protectors of the community.

The video of a white guy on the ground crawling to a cop following the cops instructions to the best of his ability and crying and begging for his life yet shot and kiilled by a cop....whom was not convicted of anything. He merely lost his job...and most likely went somewhere else and could be a cop again.

I also notice the number of "Unknown" jumped from 84 in 2017 to 204 in 2018. Hmmmm... wonder if police departments are trying to downplay the problem.

Black jurors are not noted for their intelligence and in some cases of a technical nature that is a huge problem.

The predominantly black jury in the o.j. case had another problem....overly sympathetic to a fellow black being charged. They all wore black to protest.

Just the Facts and evidence minus the Race card. and every juror should be sequestered separately and make their decision independently without input from other jurors that would be equal justice and fair to all
