Trump is basing his whole defense on the notion that "he did not have sex with that woman"!!!! How did that line work out for Bill Clinton?

I have also noted that there have been a number of matters that Trump's people could have stipulated to in these proceedings to move this case faster, but they refused to stipulate to anything, and put the prosecution in the position having to put witnesses on the stand to PROVE everything they claimed.

For example, yesterday there was a lot of testimony about Trump Corporation accounting staff preparing the cheques to reimburse Cohen, sending them to Washington, being received by White House staff, and giving them to President Trump to sign. All of this testimony could have be avoided if the Defense had simply said "Mr. Trump confirms that he signed the cheques", but Trump refused to do that with ANYTHING related to the case.

So it is with Stormy Daniels. If Trump had simply said, yes, I had sex with her. She wouldn't even had to testify, but instead, Trump's lawyer, in his opening statement, denied that Trump had sex with Daniels, thus making it necessary for the prosecution to put her on the stand to tell her story.

And then they tried to slut shame her. Stupid moves from a really fucking stupid Defendant. A married man who knowingly has sex with a slut, for fun, has lower morals than the person he's having sex with.
