ICE: Street-Racing Illegal Alien Arrested for Killing Iowa Woman 'Did Not Meet ICE’s Enforcement Priorities' - Breitbart
U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) chose not to honor a request for an immigration detainer after Omaha police arrested illegal alien Eswin Mejia after he struck and killed 21-year-old Sarah Root while driving drunk and street-racing the night of January 31. Mejia vanished shortly after posting bond.
A FOREIGN, ILLEGAL murders, adding Man-Slaughter (at a minimum) to his already list of crimes that includes violating US Immigration law, and these ASSHOLES refuse to honor a request to HOLD this murderer - damn well KNOWING he is a flight risk, and releases him.
The officers and their supervisor who made this decision should be FIRED at the very least. The person at most to blame, however, is Obama. HE is the MFer who has refused to enforce existing US Immigration law, who has created a special 'right' for illegals ONLY that directs law enforcement not to detain / arrest /charge / convict / deport any illegal not having committed a felony, responsible for the release of thousands of violent criminal illegals, responsible in protecting Federal Law-violating Sanctuary cities that provide Safe haven to murderous criminal asshole illegals like THIS POS!

- 21 yo Sarah Root was just added to a list that is getting longer, and President Obama owes the family and friends of this murdered American woman an apology and ACTION to protect this nation and its citizens!
He should be held just as accountable for the NEEDLESS loss of American life and victimization of countless more!
