To answer the OP:
When you create artwork using Photoshop is the art yours or the developers of the filters you used or the software?
The created art is yours using the gifts and tools created before you andfor you.
In case of creation, your creative constructive works are yours in emulation/reflection of the Essence of that Creation or when destructive in opposition.
That's why the use of terms:
'sons of' (reflective of) God and
'sons of' (reflective) of man(contributions/progressions/achievements).
