* Then all they have to do is ANNOUNCE they are going to

on a campus).
* And the site has to either provide or hire security to
safely manage the event, or drop it to avoid legal liability
* So the speakers can't find sites that will host them,
for fear they can't afford the cost of security or liability.

This tactic effectively "shuts down" the free speech
of whoever they oppose: Unite the Right, Milo, etc.
