DNA analysis of Egyptians is less controversial than that of Palestinians so online information is pretty reliable. Plus, ancient Egyptian DNA is readily available. This analysis has calculated that modern (today's) Egyptian DNA varies no more than 10% on average than the earliest ancient Egyptian available.
Invaders of Palestine. including the Jewish invasion of Canaan, probably account no more than 10% of the modern Palestinian DNA. They are pretty much, like the Egyptians, the same as their ancient ancestors, the Philistines and Canaanites.
"Egypt has experienced several invasions during its history. However, these do not seem to account for more than about 10% overall of current Egyptians ancestry when the DNA evidence of the ancient mitochondrial DNA and modern Y chromosomes is considered."
