Since I am agnostic, I do not generally get involved in analyzing Bible from religious standpoint, rather from philosophical. Therefore, all I intended to say in previous post, it was voluntary.

I understand ... I am not the traditional faithful either.

Not only was it voluntary ... But the people laid the proceeds at the feet of the apostles who then distributed it.
At best ... Bulldog would have made a better case for faith based charities and not federal redistribution scams.
