It is illegal for non US Citizens to vote, all one needs to vote is an ID from the State. Hell most States now enroll you to vote when you apply for a license. The State is violating Federal law.

California is opening a new facility designed just to issue to illegals. Other then that I guess do a Google search.

Washington State is one, some States have a 2 tier system but not all.

A normal Driver license can be used to prove eligibility to vote. In the Case of Washington State there is no difference between an illegals Drivers license and US citizen. SO yes in Washington State illegals can sign up to vote using the State issued drivers license.

In the New States passing such laws the same is true if they do not establish a 2 tier system.

That is for an enhanced ID. As for voting registration WA State Licensing (DOL) Official Site: Voter registration
It does not say how one proves their citizenship to register to vote. It simply says one must be a US citizen. And one can register to vote while getting that drivers license.

Read the article, Washington State does NOT differentiate between citizen and non citizen. As for REAL ID 30 States including Washington have refused to go along.

According to the Natonal Voter Registration Act of 1993 all drivers license offices are required to provide a voter registration to anyone issued a license. It's up to the state Supervisor of Elections to make sure voters are citizens, not the federal government.

Florida screwed this up last election thanks to our tard governor.

Nevada started issuing drivers licenses to illegals the beginning of this year. The wait at DMV was tolerable before they started doing this. Now, forget about it.....long lines everyday.

That is what has happened here in Fl- you can register to vote when getting license. A local nbc investigation found those that stated they were non citizens but were registered and asked whether they had voted. One had voted in over 11 elections. Others were found as well. That is when the state wanted to purge and weren't allowed to and denied access to ICE records to double check. Completely wrong.

Proof of residency does nothing for legal residents that are non citizens. Florida has a ton of them.
