Take your daughters out of that Kempo school immediately! If you want to teach them to defend themselves, dont send them to any of those traditional martial arts schools. You could be the world greatest Kempo trained female, youre still going to get your clock cleaned by a man, with ease.

The only chance a woman has in a fight against a man is in grappling. It is the ONLY place where women and men are somewhat equal. Put your daughters in a Brazilian ju jitsu school. It is the only martial art where skill trumps size and strength. It is literally designed for weaker opponents to beat up bigger stronger opponents, and we have seen people consistently do it since the 90's. No other martial art can make that claim.

I can post TONS of videos of women beating guys with Brazilian ju jitsu, but you would be hard pressed to find any videos of a karate girl beating up a man. Im not sure any such videos even exist because, its extremely rare.

This girl isnt that great at BJJ. I can tell by her technique that she hasnt done it for very long. It took her WAAYYY too long to get her hooks in. After training for a year, getting your hooks in instantly should just be muscle memory when you go for a rear naked choke. Regardless, she still won, with ease.
