Yes, I think you're right. Notice she signs it "Alice Chen". But it is definitely a scam. I've never ordered anything through DHL in my life.

DHL is a delivery service like UPS, FEDEX, or the Post Office. But, I can kinda see how someone might get suckered into it, thinking they may have a free package, or they may be expecting something. Me? When I mail order something, I make sure I get a tracking number and who it's coming from, as well as the date shipped so I can keep track of it myself. I learned long ago that there isn't anything like a free lunch, and anytime someone says I got something I didn't ask for, I look at it sideways until I can verify that it's legit.
