Is Hillary a criminal?

I know Hillary can tell lies, but I find the argument that she is corrupt very subjective. I don't know who exactly she sold out to if she indeed sold sold out.

But never mind that. Some are calling her a criminal. What crime has she been convicted of?

Before you raise Benghazi or emails scandal, note that she has not been charged, let alone convicted, of any crime related to those issues.

As far as I know, Hillary Clinton was never charged nor convicted of a crime. That makes her a would be criminal or soon to be criminal, not a criminal!!

But then, can't we say the same about Trump?

Where was she the night Vince Foster died?

Was it her?

Was it William Jefferson Blythe III?

Was it Quagmire transgender sex doll that got hostile when there were no unisex restrooms around?

This demented mind does not need to know nor does it want to...

As for her being a criminal?

No, she has never been convicted of any crime to my knowledge. Now William Jefferson Blythe III was found guilty of perjury but Hillary is not at fault for what her Husband did... Or was she?

( Can't help the idiotic soap opera writing style when you know the answer to your own question )
I also thought I answered I answered my question.

Technically, she is not a criminal. Suspicion of her committing a crime does not make her a criminal.

Correct but you and I know that will never stop someone from claiming she is one...

Now has she done somethings some will consider criminal in their mind?

Of course but until a Judge or Jury tell her she is a criminal, well she is not one as of yet...

Of course, she is a criminal. All politicians are criminals, with a few minor exceptions.

She skirts the law. Her slush fund for an example. Her fuckin charity makes 70M a year and only gives +-15% to the needy.

Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina says that “so little” of the charitable donations to the Clinton Foundation “actually go to charitable works” — a figure CARLY for America later put at about 6 percent of its annual revenues — but Fiorina is simply wrong.

Fiorina and others are referring only to the amount donated by the Clinton Foundation to outside charities, ignoring the fact that most of the Clinton Foundation’s charitable work is performed in-house. One independent philanthropy watchdog did an analysis of Clinton Foundation funding and concluded that about 89 percent of its funding went to charity.

Simply put, despite its name, the Clinton Foundation is not a private foundation — which typically acts as a pass-through for private donations to other charitable organizations. Rather, it is a public charity. It conducts most of its charitable activities directly.

Where Does Clinton Foundation Money Go?

you don't have to be convicted to be a criminal. A criminal is a person that breaks the law. I will give you that she might not have broke the law. We are still waiting on that.. However, she is a smart ass lawyer. She skirts the law. Her slush fund for an example. Her fuckin charity makes 70M a year and only gives +-15% to the needy. Yet SOMEHOW she can get the US taxpayers to fund her charity employee salaries. That law was made so presidents didn't have to go through hardships after office.. They are NOT hard up. Yet, the are LEGALLY doing it. This is why I usually call her corrupt when referring to her many character flaws.
You are arguing that she is corrupt. That is an ethical judgement that anyone of us can make. There is a subjective element in this judgement.

What crime has she committed and I want specific laws she has broken and not just your damn opinion on the matter!?!

Because Beck, Limbaugh and Hannity believe she is a criminal does not make her one until you provide the exact law she broke and even then if she is not convicted of it mean she did not do the crime and because you believe she is guilty matter not!

So get busy and show me what laws she broke and get that damn conviction because everyone is innocent until proven guilty unless the partisan nutters proclaim she is guilty and then well how can you argue with that?

Also did you know Trump companies have been found guilty multiple times of Discrimination, so what does that make Trump?

He plead guilty and took the fines, but I bet you write that is totally different while convicting Clinton without even allowing her a fair trial...

"Is Hillary a criminal?"

Yes

She broke multiple laws.
- She violated the FOIA
- She Violated the Federal Records Act
- She knowingly stored highly classified documents - Special Compartmentalized Top Secret Info - on an Unencrypted / non-protected / vulnerable private server, committing the crime of 'gross negligence', by definition, under the Espionage Act.

- ACCORDING TO THE STATE DEPT Hillary did NOT turn over all legally required official State Dept-related documents / e-mails.

- Hillary has been proven to have tried to erase / wipe / destroy e-mails she tried to hide, falsely reporting them as 'personal'. In doing so she violated the federal law regarding the destruction of classified info as she did not follow legally required procedures, not to mention she violated the federal law specifying the requirements for storage and handling of classified info.

The use of the term is more technical. Most people are using their subjective judgement which is not always accurate.

Of course when people say she is a criminal it is an opinion, but that is the context of this forum, and in my opinion she is a criminal whether she ever gets convicted or not. Was Nixon a criminal? He was never convicted, but still got a pardon. Was John Wilkes Booth a criminal? He was never convicted. Shall we amend all the history books to say Booth was a suspect in the shooting of Lincoln? Nonsense!

Does this forum look anything like a court room to you? Of course when people say she is a criminal it is an opinion, but that is the context of this forum, and in my opinion she is a criminal whether she ever gets convicted or not. Was Nixon a criminal? He was never convicted, but still got a pardon. Was John Wilkes Booth a criminal? He was never convicted. Shall we amend all the history books to say Booth was a suspect in the shooting of Lincoln? Nonsense!
Booth is technically a suspect in the shooting of Lincoln.

Nixon is a suspect in the Watergate scandals. With the pardon, he is never to be tried. We can only guess what his role in the scandal is, that is if he did commit a crime.

Finally, history uses some subjective opinions to draw together what might have happened. It tells a story from whatever evidence it finds, some of it circumstantial.

Does this mean Booth did not kill Lincoln? I never said that he did not. However, if some solid evidence is discovered that Booth was actually wrongly accused, then those history books will be rewritten.

IAs far as I know, Hillary Clinton was never charged nor convicted of a crime. That makes her a would be criminal or soon to be criminal, not a criminal!!

What a stupid post. It's not for you to define who others consider a criminal. No one is saying she should go to jail based on their opinion, but you can't tell anyone they don't think she has committed crimes unless government tells them they can
Well, Webster has defined the term. And I can point out

You are wrong,

Webster: "an illegal act for which someone can be punished by the government"

It doesn't say they have been convicted, they say they can be. That's what people are saying when they call her a criminal
