So now the lowest rate of tax is about 15% for the rich and for the working poor.

The rich shift their income into capital gains through stock options, like Romney.

I don't know how Romney got down to 14% though on his $20 million of cap gain income. That was some trick.

My guess is that Trump pays only 15% on about $5 million to $10 million annual income, mostly from stock sales.

People like Trump get audited every year. If they are not in compliance with the tax code they will be charged with tax evasion. Can you cite when Trump has been charged?

If you are unhappy with the amount of taxes paid by rich people, talk to your dem congressmen. Congress wrote the tax laws, and congress has been dominated by dems for the last 80 years. '

Complying with the tax code to minimize your taxes is NOT cheating. If you don't like the tax code, complain to congress.
