No. That is a clear indication that their either are not enough polling places, not enough hours for polls to be open, or there needs to be more early voting.

Not everyone has that amount of time to stand in line...they have to work.

It was originally done for convenience. Those reasons no longer apply and it should probably be moved to a Saturday but that is becoming less of an issue as more and more places open early voting.

Really? I know a lot of white people who aren't going to take the time to go vote. It'll take them 20 minutes. Now go to Detroit and it's going to take 2 hours. That's not a little. Voting F-ups happen all the time. There's no way to avoid them. I remember years ago when our voting place was at a school. As usual I went after work just before the polls closed. There was a sign on the door that they moved the polling place to another location without warming the citizens about it. The teachers were on strike, and the morons that set up the tables wouldn't go into a school where teachers were striking.

I didn't think it was some evil plot or conspiracy, it's just that shit happens. We're all human.

If voters are overwhleming the polls by everyone going day 1 of early voting, I would not necessarily blame the Supervisor of elections.

Its like when Cabbage Patch Kids were the rage. People would line up for hours to get one....though more were of course going to be available soon....but they just had to be the first.

When my doctor does surgery on me I tell him to take the mask off. Doesn't do any good.
