Is This A Justified Police Shooting Or Not?

There is no video in the first link.
The first one has the perp on his knees and he is not obeying the cop then at the end of the video he reaches for his waist his hand can't be seen by the cop so the cop shot him... justified... the other links report that the cop is under investigation... in America pal... that means you are still innocent for one thing and both links describe the situation as the perps not obeying commands so which one do you want to talk about?... after the video link in my opinion it disqualified your others... did you see the guy on his knees reach behind him?... if you did then why did you post it as proof of a bad cop and a bad shooting?....

"The Phoenix Police Department has released body camera video of an incident earlier this month in which an officer with the department shot a suspect at a bus station. On March 8 the man, who was "acting erratically," was shot by the officer at the Tufesa bus station, near the intersection of 27th Avenue and McDowell Road, according to police. In the video released on March 22, the man is seen attacking the officer before he was first tasered and then shot by the officer. "The officer attempted to place the suspect in custody and the suspect forcefully turned around and kicked at the officer which caused the officer to lose control of this Taser. The suspect quickly got up and continued to violently attack the officer. The officer discharged his firearm, striking the suspect," police said when the shooting initially happened. The man survived the shooting."

Seems like a good shoot....Aside from hoping the officer would be a better fighter than he was, I assume he had enough fear of getting beat up -- that he had to shoot the guy.

Yes it was justified. The officer lost his taser which can be used as a drive stun (held against the body) against the officer. Which would leave the officers service weapon vulnerable and used against the officer if the stun was used against the officer. Fortunately, the perp was not in his right mind. Other criminals would have tried to use the Stun gun against the officer.

Not even sure why this is in question LOL.

Trying an unreliable, techno gadget is bad enough. Add failing to quickly, fully ejaculate into the perp's center of mass with the larger, generally more reliable penis substitute, i.e. allowing such mental cases to survive, is simply unforgivable. He effectively just voted for Biden and appeased Putin.
