I should have used the quote boxes for folks that don't read the articles from the links, but,,, when you state that something will no longer be enforced it means it will no longer be enforced from a previous condition where it was enforced....and when a bill is passed and signed by the president it is a law, provided it may have a time to implement that is dated...
