Yes, when you can dump all your sick, mentally ill, criminals, undesirables, homeless, unemployed etc. onto another country (to never be seen again in Mexico) that is winning for Mexico. Even the massive South American swarms can just be passed thru, no harm to Mexico. Mexico helps them get all the way thru (up to USA) by running busloads or train cars loaded.
