It's not up for debate for people to decide sex and gender based on looks, genitalia, mental identity or any other criteria you might like. Nature settled that matter about 1.5 billion years ago. There are two sexes in the animal kingdom and you either have the XX or XY chromosome pairs. No matter how you look or what you like or change, nature and biology will see you and treat you as that sex. Anything else is unreal.
