I agree - the war criminals who raise their spawn to throw rocks at the IDF should be prosecuted.

The WB was not 'Occupied' when Jordan had it: therefore it's not 'Occupied' now.

Photos of home demolitions. The Israeli occupation forces demolished 3 houses in the area of Ouja and two houses in Central Fasayel yesterday, arguing they occur in areas (c). There are notices to remove all Bedouin assembly in region of Central Fasayel, in addition to a plan to evacuate 18 thousand Palestinians from areas (c) in the Jordan Valley.

Some background information about home demolitions carried out by Israel in Palestine.

Since its occupation of the West Bank, the Gaza Strip, and East Jerusalem following the 1967 war, the Israel Defense Force (IDF) has destroyed more than 18,000 Palestinian homes in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT). Meanwhile, Caterpillar, Inc., a U.S. company, has sold bulldozers to the IDF knowing they would be used to unlawfully demolish homes and put civilians in danger.

Why Are Homes Demolished in Palestine?

Since 1967, the IDF has routinely demolished homes of Palestinians in the OPT. The practice of home demolitions, forced expulsion and land seizures increased dramatically after the second intifada began in September 2000. In the first four years of the second intifada, the IDF used bulldozers to destroy more than 4,000 Palestinian homes.

The IDF has provided several reasons for this practice, one being the need to create “buffer zones” in the OPT. In fact, the IDF’s home demolitions are part of a broad-reaching practice of collective punishment through “demographic engineering.” Through home demolitions, Palestinian populations are forced to move from areas deemed strategic or of interest to Israel and displaced from the agricultural land where they and their ancestors have lived and made their livelihoods. In addition to forcibly displacing more than 70,000 civilians, home demolitions have injured or killed Palestinian civilians, including the victims in Corrie, et. al. v. Caterpillar, Inc. Much of the world community, including the United Nations, the United States, and human rights organizations, has consistently condemned these demolitions

Yes it was.

How could Jordan have "occupied" Palestine, when they are the same people? The artificial country was cut off from the rest of the Palestine Mandate by the British, and named after a river.

How many homes, schools, daycares, businesses, buses, eateries, entertainment places, inside Israel have been "demolished" due to Hamas rockets fired indiscriminately into Israeli territory? Any idea, Sherri?

And you have the unmitigated gall to complain about 11 houses being demolished legally? You have some nerve! - Jeri

The topic is Israel's demolition of Palestinian homes, try to stay on topic!

Over 18,000 houses have been destroyed under the home demolition program, can you read?

Try to educate yourself a bit, there is a country called Jordan and there is the Occupied Palestinian Territories. These are two distinct lands, separate and apart from one another.

This time. The number is in the thousands.

Some Israelis speak against the home demolition program, and support organizations like ICAHD, described below. This was an organization founded by Israeli Jeff Halpern, who was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for the work he has done in this area,

The Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions (ICAHD) is a human rights and peace organization established in 1997 to end Israel’s Occupation over the Palestinians. ICAHD takes as its main focus, as its vehicle for resistance, Israel’s policy of demolishing Palestinian homes in the Occupied Palestinian Territory and within Israel proper. ICAHD was awarded UN Economic and Social Council Special Consultative Status in 2010.

In 2006 Dr. Jeff Halper, ICAHD's Co-founder and Director was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, citing ICAHD's work "to liberate both the Palestinian and the Israeli people from the yoke of structural violence" and "to build equality between their people by recognizing and celebrating their common humanity." In 2007, ICAHD received the Olive Branch Award from Jewish Voice for Peace
ICAHD estimates that some 27,000 Palestinian structures have been demolished in the Occupied Palestinian Territory since 1967, based on information collected from the Israeli Ministry of Interior, the Jerusalem Municipality, the Civil Administration, UN bodies and agencies, Palestinian, Israeli and international human rights groups, our field monitoring, and other sources

...11 houses being demolished legally? 1

If Al Capone wrote the laws everything he did would be legal also.

Meaningless statement.

Maybe if you studied a little history, you wouldn't call me uneducated. Jordan is 70% Palestinian, and the PLO tried to take over Jordan in 1970. In 1922, Britian seperated Jordan from the rest of the Palestine Mandate and named this new artificial country after a river, as I said before.

That's very funny coming from someone who quotes international law all the time. Maybe it's the Al Capones who are writing international laws.
