Sources say Fogle will accept a plea deal Wednesday. The U.S. Attorney’s Office will hold a press conference tomorrow afternoon to discuss the deal and charges against Fogle.

Fogle’s attorney, Ron Elberger, had no comment in regards to the plea deal. He said any information regarding the charges would come from the attorney’s office. Elberger did say Fogle’s suspension with Subway continues.

I have to admit, I had hoped that the charges would turn out to be false.

That being said- since he has plead guilty- he should do time.

Pleading guilty to a crime these days does not equate to actual guilt as most of us use the word. It could be that the prosecutor threatened him with prosecution on 50 total charges that would have put him in prison for a million years and so the dude took the pussies way out and took the plea instead.

Our Justus system is corrupt and broken and I don't trust any verdict that comes out of it that doesn't receive a jury's verdict.

We need to see what the charges are, and what the plea is. I remember that one of his employees was busted on this. It could range from Jared being a participant, to him having the material on his computer without his knowledge (which is still a crime when it comes to kiddie porn).
