Jersey Cops Let K9 Maul Man to Death, Then Try to Steal the Video

So another nig dies overdosing on PCP... what's new again?
I don't believe the majority of those who criticize cops who brutalize or unnecessarily kill social misfits, such as this dog-bitten PCP user, are motivated by sympathy for or empathy with the victim but rather by resentment for perceived abuse of authority and/or what appears to be an excessive use of force. Many harbor the subliminal notion that if police can do that to "him" and get away with it they can do the same to them, a thought which naturally gives rise to resentment of police authority.

All cops are not motivated in their actions by sadism, machismo, or some other psychological quirk or deficiency. But many are, and their habitual malfeasance unavoidably reflects on all who are endowed with the mantle of police authority -- including those whose behavior and performance as police officers is exemplary.

Unfortunately the nature of police work is such that those cops who resent the misconduct of their colleagues are deterred from doing anything about it by fear of being labeled a "rat" and by the very real fact that their lives depend on prompt assistance by other cops, including those they might be critical of -- as seen in the book and movie, Serpico.

Ok I havent checked this thread in a while.

What happened?

Did dog bite his face off?
Did cops kill him?

Final result?

Or obey the law and stop resisting arrest

That works too.
The problem with that is the situation has reached a level where even when some subjects of arrest demonstrate no intention to resist he (and sometimes, she) is slammed face down onto the ground, a knee is clamped onto his neck, his face is ground into the dirt or onto a filthy sidewalk or gutter, and his arms are forcibly twisted into position for handcuffing.

Watch the tv "ride-along" documentary, COPS, for frequent examples of this kind of excessive and unnecessary force that takes place under the heading of "Procedure" and "Officer Safety," This kind of license is one of the reasons for what is now going on in Baltimore and elsewhere.

That kind of arrest doesn't happen unless there's a reason. Either the suspect led a high speed chase or had a gun or something else. When a suspect proves himself to be a higher than normal danger, he's taken down swiftly. A cooperative suspect doesn't get this treatment.

So my point stands unassailable, obey the law and stop resisting arrest.

What has happened is that there are dedicated leftist cop hate sites that scour the nation for anything alleged that a cop did wrong. They find a few reports out of the hundreds of thousands of police officers and magnify those few into a major problem.

Even so, with all these biased stories, the great majority of the time the police were never at fault.

Just recently, the alleged police brutality in the Mike Brown, Eric Garner, Vonderrick Myers, cases never happened. In this case the guy died of a drug overdose. The allegation two days ago that the police in Baltimore shot a man in the back flatly never happened at all.

It's a war of propaganda and the police are losing.

The situation is getting worse.
He was probably smart enough to send or save the video somewhere before handing it over. It's sad but the police are some of the last people you can trust with evidence these days... At least if there's even the possibility of a cop being charged or even questioned about his conduct. Man that sounds f@cked up to say.

"People" like Teddy P must lie because the truth just doesn't fully express his mindless hatred and as everyone knows ... haters gotta hate.

The truth is losing because, as you noted, the Internet has become a weapon of loony leftist assholes who are nothing but hate-filled bags of puss.

And when this asshole really needs a cop, they will respond as they always do. These POS ingrates deserve a police state. I say ship them to North Korea.

Exactly right. The police brutality nonsensw is the most overblown, artificial national outrage we've had since killer bees or acid rain or....haha...global warming.

A gullible liberal will believe anything.

The cops aren't always innocent. Just recently in the news, there was a story about a black man who was SURRENDERING to a white police officer. When he got down on all fours (following the cops instructions quite well), the officer hauled off and kicked him in the head, breaking the poor man's jaw.

I think the police need to be screened as well, or even better than what we do for people enlisting in the military.

There are over 1 million state and local cops in America. There is, unfortunately, no way to avoid some bad apples.
