Jim Jordan Warns Bragg

Bragg has already warned Jordan not to interfere in his prosecution
Congress does not have oversight on state prosecutions

Will Jordan be next?
That's circular, because then you are saying Bragg can't charge on Federal campaign laws,-Doh!
In a case of a former Pres, and a Presidential candidate estimated to be going on into campaign season while also Bragg is intimidating them in obstructing their Biden investigations, gives them 100 % legitimate rights.
So you kind of are admitting in circular fashion that there's a problem here with Braggs that needs clearification of any conspirators to obstruct investigation of the Bidens and obstruct elections violating democracy.

That sounds good. But is it true? If it is universally true, then good. But if it is only relied upon sporadically, then not so good.

Congress has investigated local police departments, before. Why shouldn’t they have the same power to investigate the prosecutors’ offices?

They do not have the power to interfere with state investigations.

As he and many others in Congress should.

---Jim Jordan: ‘Everything’s on the Table’ Regarding Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg---

When in reality… NOTHING is on the table.

The Congress can not legally insert itself into state matters

They do not have the power to interfere with state investigations.
I don’t necessarily disagree. On the other hand, if the state is violating equal protection rights on some dumb-ass partisan political basis, that warrants investigation by the federal government.

Bragg needs to arrest Jordan for obstruction of a criminal investigation

The Manhattan District Attorney's office is part of the state-level law enforcement apparatus, and Congress does not have direct legislative oversight over state-level law enforcement. Congress's legislative authority is limited to federal law and federal agencies, while state-level law enforcement agencies are primarily subject to state law and the oversight of state officials.

Bragg needs to stop doing the work controlled by the feds
