OH NO!!!!!!!! Buy low sell high is now a crime, I thought that was called capitalism. Didn't you know property is only worth what someone is willing to pay. I have about 60,000 invested in my property, I just priced it to a guy last week for 350K, don't know if he'll pay it or not. But there are a lot of investors looking to develop this area because of a new highway thats under construction. If they don't, I plan to build a new house for 250-300K, then the price will go up substantially.
