There are so many ways that men suck up to the boss, that one cannot begin to comment on the odiousness of it all. Many men have sex with people for purposes other than "fun". Power, control, revenge, and lots of reasons. I know of men who screwed the boss' wife, so she would talk favourably to him about a promotion.
