This bs again?

"Our responsibility is not discharged by an announcement of virtuous ends. Our responsibility is to achieve these objectives with social invention, with political skill, and executive vigor. I believe for these reasons, that liberalism is our best and our only hope in the world today."
Classical liberalism had a much different meaning than the liberalism of today.

But, yes, JFK represented the left wing of the Democratic Party while LBJ was of the right wing.

Or so it was thought until LBJ passed the Civil Right Act.

Liberalism was an entirely different thing than today's progressives.
JFK's version of Liberalism is really Conservatism.
Not so. JFK was the left wing of the Democratic Party. He was for civil rights, while the right wing conservatives of the Democratic Party were vehemently opposed to civil rights.

Also, JFK pushed for Medicare to be added to the social safety net. It took LBJ to get that over the finish line.

Pure delusion, fraud boy.

Simple facts, ignoramus.

Here are some more for your illumination.

The whole reason JFK was in Dallas that fateful day was to woo the conservative wing of the Democratic Party. That's why he had Connolly in the front seat. Connolly was the leading conservative Democrat of the period.

There weren't a lot of Southern Democrats who shed a tear when JFK was shot. They had been posting WANTED FOR TREASON posters all over the South with JFK's photo on it.

Up until about 1957, the Democratic and Republican parties had equal measures of liberal and conservative wings.

The Southern Democrats were Christian right wing conservatives and they held all the power in important congressional positions. In particular, House Speaker Sam Rayburn. This is how they were able to prevent any significant civil rights legislation from being passed for 75 years.

Trump's supporters know as little about America as Trump himself.

Trump knows nothing about America.

Amazingly similar to the rhetoric we see from Trumptards today:
