Kerry Warns of Israeli ‘Apartheid’

No idea what either of those two issues are and frankly have zero interest in anything other than US foreign policy (& indeed our own). You/we don't seem to be very good at it.

Scotland has no foreign policy, they just want to climb on England's back and jump of when the winning post is in sight. I will never forget the inhuman and barbaric manner of the Scots in Manchester, taking a crap in the street and generally making racist remarks to anyone that took offence. seems they do it on their own doorstep as well at Ibrox and Parkhead.

I usually wait to blow the Zionist bozos out of the water when they post the Trans-Jordan propaganda, but heck I feel like blowing this zionutter out of the water. So, everytime you now post that propaganda map, everyone will realize you are a propagandist and bullshitter after they carefully read the source document below especially the section in bold. :D

MINUTES
OF THE
NINTH SESSION

Held at Geneva from June 8th to 25th, 1926

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION TO THE COUNCIL

Sir F. LUGARD noted a reference on page 8 of the report to two agreements. There was the Hadda Agreement, defining the frontier line between Transjordan and Nejd, and there was an agreement concerning the status of the Transjordan Government, which His Majesty's Government proposed to conclude with the Amir Abdullah but which had not yet been settled.

Colonel SYMES said that the operative part of the Hadda Agreement would be found on page 80 of the report, in which the frontier of Transjordan and Nejd was defined.

Sir F. LUGARD said that the map did not go sufficiently far south to enable the frontier to be traced.

Colonel SYMES said he did not know to what extent the country had been mapped. He would endeavour to obtain a map of the frontier for the Commission.

Sir F. LUGARD enquired whether this delimitation of the frontier would make additional land available for the Jews.

Colonel SYMES said this was improbable. Political opposition to Jewish penetration was very strong in that region and Transjordan was excluded by the mandate from the provisions of the Balfour Declaration.

Sir F. LUGARD enquired whether the southern frontier had yet been delimited.

Colonel SYMES replied in the negative. - See more at: Mandate for Palestine - League of Nations 9th session- Minutes of the Permanent Mandates Commission (25 June 1926)

The legal owners and rulers of the land who gained control as a result of WW1 and International treaties. Because it became International law at the time it is still of relevance today and Israel would be within it's legal right to take the case to the International courts to pass judgement.

So what has this to do with the maps of 1920 and 1922 then, it is 4 years later and has no bearing on what was agreed back in 1920. As any fool knows borders can move over time so they are mapped every 6 years or so. Now how about the minutes from 1920 detailing and naming the area in question.

But I note that you have further shot yourself in the foot as the minutes shown deal with the " far south of the area not being sufficiently mapped"

Yet in 1920 it was and the land was destined to become the NATIONAL HOME OF THE JEWS.

It would lose.

Unless it bought the judges first.
Britain conquered the land in WWI. But there was no suggestion it belonged to Britain. Nor that Britain would keep it. It did gain approval to hold Palestine and Trans Jordan in trust, and bring it to statehood.

Due to WWII, and to invading Zionist's terrorism - they were supplied note, by Nazi Germany with weapons - the efforts to bring Palestine to statehood were interrupted, and simultaneously efforts of Palestinians to generate the necessary institutions of statehood were sabotaged by the Zionist terrorists.

Now, it may have been, even without Zionism that the mandate would have needed to be extended to create proper Palestinian institutions, but Britain was broke. The heavily armed and US supported terrorists in Palestine were making British administration costly and unproductive. So NO ONE was given a mandate to establish a state.

The well organised and funded Zionist terrorist groups took control by force of arms and by massacres, of civilian populations. The US, very much in the ascendency at the end of WWII, give its full support, and by that the terrorists claimed to have a state, which was rubber stamped by all sorts of corrupt parties, the UN included. Just as Britain didn't annex the place by conquest, Zionists should not've been allowed to.

Not even the UN has sanctioned annexation of land post the 1967 armistice lines. What remains is in every sense, is NOT Israel.

So there was no justice in the establishment of Israel. Just brutal force and cynicism.
If the world were just it would be disestablished and its robber barons be forced to pay reparations.

As it is, that will not happen. But it will be dissolved, by time and small increments of justice.

No, you haven't read the source material so, of course, you make inaccurate assertions.

Again, let's go to the source documents to see what was actually decided:

From the Mandate:

"....in favor of the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, it being clearly understood that nothing should be done which might prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine,

What that says is that within a Palestinian state, there would be a national home for the Jews. Not a separate country or separate state. If that was what was intended they would have said it precisely.

and

it says that nothing could be done that "might" prejudice the civil rights of the existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine. Notice the use of the word "might". So, if there was a chance that an action might prejudice the rights of the non-Jews, it could not be taken. Putting Christians and Muslims under the rule of Jews certainly "might" prejudice their rights, no matter how you try to twist it.

Get lost you illiterate fool. "A NATIONAL home for the Jewish people". That just about says it all, it's going to be a JEWISH NATION. That's why they created an Arab Palestine and a Jewish Palestine. Hello?! Anybody home? Knock knock.

And 1.8 million Arab Muslims, a quarter of Israel's population, living as Israeli citizens with full rights, means that Israel has more than allowed for the civil and religious rights of the non Jews.

Certainly more than any Islamic shithole that was formed from the remains of the Ottoman empire provides for it's minorities, including the Palestinian Hamas savages and their barbaric Hamas Charter which calls for AN ISLAMIC STATE. Which part of THAT complies to the 1922 league of nations vote? Hee hee hee.

Moron.
