La Raza

Is it a "fair decision" when it's based on "their ancestry" rather than the evidence? It's a free Country and the 1st Amendment allows people to join any organization they feel comfortable with but the 1st Amendment also gives people the right to scrutinize such clubs for evidence of bias or bigotry especially when a member is charged with the responsibility of judging legal issues.

And which decisions in the Trump case has the judge rendered that can be shown to have a pro-Mexican heritage bias?

Nothing new here. At least he's consistent.

First of all it's not illegal to be a member of LaRaza or even the Communist party for that matter but I submit that it's unethical for a judge to be a member of any race based organization. It's likely that the radical street punk La Raza is actually affiliated with the law-enforcement judicial La Raza and as such it might be in violation of federal law.

You can count on the media to twist the issue and claim that Trump doesn't want a Hispanic American to judge the case but the issue is about the judge's membership in a racist advocacy group. The lame claim that there are two different La Raza organizations doesn't seem to hold up.
no, you can count on trump to only mention that he's 'mexican'

I'm not spending 13 minutes watching something I know won't prove anything.

List the decisions.

This judge spent years going after drug smugglers. As in, MEXICAN drug smugglers.

Freedom of association is a constitutional right.

Even Fox claims that there are two different organizations known as "La Raza" (the race), the social misfits who use violence to intimidate voters, and the "legal" La Raza which is allegedly a benign club for racist Hispanics who work in the legal field. Isn't it reasonable to assume that the La Raza members in the legal community would copyright the name? Maybe they did and maybe the social misfits belong to the same La Raza club as Hispanic judges. Imagine White racists claiming that "it's the other KKK".

Horrors! Are these La Raza thugs running around setting fire to crosses on white people's lawns?

The democrat is pretty tolerant of extremist views if they can turn them into votes. FDR nominated a (former) KKK member to the supreme court when the KKK was the democrat party's strong arm to keep upity Blacks in line. .What if they said there were two different KKK's, would anybody believe them? What if the judicial La Raza uses the other La Raza as their local enforcement strong arms to keep Blacks and Anglos in line and keep them voting for democrats? If the judicial La Raza raises money to promote Hispanic agendas they wouldn't allow some street gang to use the same name so they have to be affiliated.

Bullshit.

Actually there were two different KKKs, the original one from 1865 that lasted less than a decade, and the re-started one from 1915, which is the one that by far had the most members and influence. It was anti-black, anti-Jew, anti-Catholic, anti-immigrant and anti-labor union, which were all constituents of the Democratic (not 'democrat') Party. It never seems to occur to you moron mythologists that entities don't create "strong arms" to keep their own supporters down. Dumbass.

Even more moronic. "They have the same name, therefore they must be affiliated".
