I'm sure there are a small portion of trannies that are perfectly fine. But let's be honest, the chances of someone having mental or psychological issues is pretty high in a group that honestly believes they are a different sex than they were born as.

And then you likely have a good portion of that group turn out to be just simply sexual deviants.
