If what they are doing is on federal property then they must desist. if not they can do as they please.
That still hasn't been decided either.

What do you want done here other than to whine and dine us?
Feel sorry for you and the supposed democrat party in charge?
You have to understand that he is reading from a far left rag that is never going to publish the full story and he will willingly go along with it because he wants so badly to believe anything that makes Republicans look bad. They did nothing of the sort, they just said the injunction against the feds removing the wire is lifted.
Nothing on the merits of the case has been decided yet. Nothing in the lifting of the injunction said Texas has to stop doing anything.
Texas has taken in 8 million immigrants....I want you Republicans to get behind LAWFUL GOVERNING, instead of red meat feeding politico bullshit schemes.
Crazy I know.
Republicans swear by the Constitution but are willing to “terminate” it when it meets their needsU.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of President Joe Biden by declaring that Texas went outside its jurisdiction by erecting makeshift concertina wire fences along the Rio Grande section of the U.S.-Mexico border, effectively preventing the U.S. border patrol from doing their job. Texas has continued building new wire barriers since that ruling.
At least 25 Republican governors have declared their support for Abbott, including Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin, Alabama Governor Kay Ivey, and Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon.
Republicans Push Greg Abbott to Go All Out in Border War With Biden
Republican lawmakers are pledging to back Texas Governor Greg Abbott as he defies the Supreme Court.newrepublic.com
So there we have it - Republicans who previously called themselves the party of Law and Order...have now degenerated to supporting refusing SCOTUS court orders to score political points with their rabid base.
I guess that goes hand in hand with 2/3s of Republicans being behind putting into White House a twice impeached fraudster indicted on 90+ criminal charges.

Texas has every right to defend its border despite what SCOTUS rules. The COURTS are in charge of determining what is against the law and what is not.
You claiming that the feds are doing something against the law at the border is just some bullshit in your head, with no serious legal backing, which is exactly why you don't have a court finding to point to.
Texas has taken in 8 million immigrants.
New York cries when they get a few thousand.
Go f#ck yourself.
Texas requires representation, not abuse.
You go outside of the Constitution when it doesn't address your needs.Republicans swear by the Constitution but are willing to “terminate” it when it meets their needs
Like the lawful governing of immigration?...I want you Republicans to get behind LAWFUL GOVERNING, instead of red meat feeding politico bullshit schemes.
Crazy I know.
Try enforcing them, otherwise they are meaningless, much like the Federal has become1990 asylum laws, try reading.
I guess anti-American Anton thinks US border laws are being enforced by his DemoFascist Party. We just had over 300,000 UNKNOWN migrants invited into the country by your lawless leaders. Oh wait, you are probably another foreign troll, never mind.U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of President Joe Biden by declaring that Texas went outside its jurisdiction by erecting makeshift concertina wire fences along the Rio Grande section of the U.S.-Mexico border, effectively preventing the U.S. border patrol from doing their job. Exactly.Texas has every right to defend its border despite what SCOTUS rules.
Go fuck yourself nutbag.
The court has no authority to tell Texas to open its border to illegals. They have a right to ignore the rulings of the highest court?
The Court was hijacked into hearing the case. They have a right to ignore the rulings of the highest court?
Court effectively ruled that the Feds, not Texas has the jurisdiction over the fencing. Texas is refusing that order by
1. By continuing to build fencing Feds reject.
2. By blocking Federal agents from doing their job to correct the fencing.
BS. Cite court finding.
