You won't find a link, however, because no such order exists.

In the order that released Kim Davis from custody, there was a footnote. In that footnote, the judge mentioned that the deputy clerks had altered the form to replace "Kim Davis" with "Rowan County" in the place where the name of the county clerk was usually stated.

Mentioning what the deputy clerks had already done in a footnote is not the same thing as ordering the forms to be altered.

Kim Davis was released and ordered not to interfere with her deputy clerks.

Kim Davis was not acting under the authority of any court order when she made additional alterations to the marriage license form upon her return to work. I don't know if doing so would constitute prohibited interference. I don't think her recent attempts to spoil the licenses renders them invalid. If the persons who obtained the newly altered licenses believe otherwise, they can complain to the court. Kim Davis can't fire her deputy clerk or otherwise retaliate against him for complying with the court's directive.

V. Conclusion

'harrass' as in asking that a government official do her job.

Personally I hope Kentucky allows anyone to write their own marriage licenses in crayon or whatever other implement Davis and her ilk can handle, and then deliver them to the clerks and let them figure out how to register the marriages in the future.

Of course Davis is still going to hell for not following the law as the New Testament tells Christians to do- but that is not our concern.

The "Recorders Name" would be Brian Mason, yes that is true? It shows who issued the license. So?

Above is the licenses issued while she was confined. Now, if she has modified the license in an attempt to invalidate those that have been issued since she returned, then she would be in violation of the Judges order not to interfere.

They are still issued by the county. She can remove her name as clerk but she has not right to remove the county of her office.

She is elected official until legislature does something about it she must do what she must do to not have her rights violated. Thug in robe can OK them altering the forms then she can IF she actually did.
