The philosophy best operates with a dear leader (Trump) given to the most outrageous diatribe and lies (Trump and his followers), to a working relationship between government and corporations to keep down workers and their wages and their living conditions, to uber nationalism, to nativism, to racism, and to trying to deny freedom of speech to their foes.
