Texas also has a much higher number of pregnant teens coming in from south of the border.

Funny how you seem to think if there is a graphic you can get away with false comparisons.

You do realize that comparing % of abortions and % of repeat births is not the same unit of comparison, right?

Your information tells us absolutely nothing from which to derive an accurate analysis.

Not to mention this discussion isn't actually about sex.

How about let's not.

First it's none of the government's business, then when someone refuses to give you free abortive/contraceptive care, you demand that the government does something to remedy that.

That's the one fundamental flaw in the liberal abortion argument, another example of liberal paradoxical thinking. First it isn't the government's business, then it is. If it is really not any of the government's business, why aren't you protesting the Obamacare Abortion Mandate which is specifically backed by the government?

Oy.

Oy is right. the liberal mindset is so messed up. They think, no assume, that government should control all health care and thus control all health care decision. After all, people are just to dad blamed stupid to make decisions.

So one teaches abstinence and the other doesnt and when we look at a drop in births compared to another area with the highest teen birth...I can see how that doesnt tell us anything

You really don't see the difference between teen births and repeat teen births? Or abortions and repeat teen births?

Ah ah ah...You said looking at this information it tells us nothing. It does but if you want to play dumb you're going to have to do it by yourself

But what, the government "people" never are? hogwash.

Why do we frown upon teen (and early 20s) moms? Most women get a degree/education and then get pregnant and never use their degree/education anyway. This gives teen moms the advantage of raising their children while they themselves are still younger. The young mother often accumulates work experience and a resume way before their late-mother counterparts. The young mom also has time to pursue her career dreams when she in in her 30's since her kids are old enough to be on their own from time to time. Contrast this to the late-mom who usually surrenders her entire career in order to raise kids.

Texas has to pay for all those illegal teens who come across and drop welfare babies so they can be citizens of United States. Colorado, like Vermont, will be another good Red state that has been taken over by Blue state outsiders.

Almost half of all abortions are the result of no birth control of any kind being used during the sex act which led to the unwanted pregnancy. Another fifth are the result of the improper or inconsistent use of birth control.

Clearly, if we increase the use of birth control, and its proper and consistent use, we would cut the rate of the murder of the unborn significantly.

I have been saying this on internet forums all over the place for...I don't know...about ten years or more. You can search on my name and see I have said it on this forum many, many times.

Now we finally have concrete evidence of the truth of this in Colorado. A private donor stepped forward and paid for free birth control for the people of that state, and voilà, not only was there a marked dropped in abortion, it was accompanied by a marked drop in teen births.

If you would like to make a real impact on abortion, step up and start voluntarily contributing for the cost of birth control for the people of your state. The extremists have controlled the dialogue for way too long, and the result on the rate of abortion has been pretty much nil. It is way past time to start doing shit that actually works.

Sounds to me like you may as well go ahead and move to Texas. You are, after all, the guy who penned the OP in this gem of a thread:

http://www.usmessageboard.com/curre...sheet-of-all-her-excuses-not-to-have-sex.html

Give Texas a shot:

It sounds like even you can get laid there, man.

What does that thread have to do with me sir? Before you answer let me strap into this logical roller coaster you're about to build
