At 1:10 Vance lies to her face, and she knows it. But she cannot call him on it. He claims that kamala Harris has been calling the shots, and she says that there is no evidence of that. He asks her who did call the shots?
She cannot answer that, though she no doubt has a good idea, as does anyone who has been paying attention. She can't blurt out "Barrack Obama," because as a Democratic operative, she has not been authorized to say that.
