Liberals, since you emphatically assure us that letting people keep more of their own money is somehow, someway bad for the economy and bad for the federal budget, surely you will be sending your tax cut back to the U.S. Treasury, right, especially since you still claim, despite indisputable evidence to the contrary, that the middle-income tax cuts will be tiny?

Seriously, will any of you be returning your tax cut to the Treasury, or not claiming it in the first place by changing your withholding to cancel out the tax cut?

This reminds me of when then-Governor Mike Huckabee of Arkansas created a box on the state tax form to let people give all or part of their tax refund to the state. He did this in response to the screams from liberals who were claiming that his tax cut was going to harm the state's economy and blow up the budget. Shockingly, something like 99% of Arkansas residents who filed taxes failed to use the box!

Look at that! The vaunted author and economist Mike Griffith asks the dumbest tax related question ever.

So sad. That dumb question has been asked by functioning retards many timeson these pages already.

The king of Heritage Foundation talking point essays has been beaten to the punch by fools.

Merry Christmas, genius.

Mike, Mike; you and I both know that the lefts ideal is to make everybody else pay for their ideas, while they figure a way not to. That is exactly why on almost every thread on this subject, the leftist refrain is, "we did not get enough," and "most of the cuts are for the rich," all the while failing to mention that people with means, actually pay most of the taxes.

Merry Christmas Mike!

But you won't answer the question. You gonna send your money back?

You don't understand. It's an absurd question which makes a false claim regarding the position of liberals when it comes to tax cuts. It is the type of question a person asks when they are standing on shaky ground. It's also not an honest question....in that the person asking it is not seeking an answer.

Now, you have been educated. Perhaps you will learn.

Why do you want us to subsidize your greed?

Leftists don't want workers to keep their own money. Sad but true...

No, the question is if you get more money on your paycheck, because of the tax cut. Will you send it back to the irs? Yes or no question.

No. No....yes. Wait! I mean no. I'd not never do that. For real.
