I don't find this particularly disturbing. If Biden were elected President and had the chance to nominate someone, there is no question that he would appoint an extreme Leftist - probably someone with a lot more intellectual horsepower than Barry. It would be better to have a legal lightweight on the USSC - he would have less influence among his peers on the Court.

But the "If's" in this scenario are overwhelming unlikely.
