The notion that everything that a legislature does not vote upon is illegal is a fanatically statist notion, coprolite.

No one is suffering from any such delusion, moron. However, things are different for election law. The constitution states that state legislatures are to determine election rules, not bureaucrats or judges. Therefore, any rule not passed by a state legislature is invalid.

After losing, an insistence that all Americans who followed the election laws in their states should be disenfranchised is very, very naughty.

The Utah mail-in voting law was passed by the state legislature, so it's valid. However, many of the mail-in voting regulations in other states during the 2020 election were implemented by judges and bureaucrats.. Votes in these states are all invalid.
