Show me exactly where it says, "SCOTUS can't repeal the law."He doesn't have a filibuster proof senate. And if he does get a law passed banning welfare, the supreme court will no doubt repeal the law even though the constitution says they can't.
Hey einstein - it's the very first words of the constitution after the preamble. "All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a congress of the united states". That means the courts cannot write, rewrite, or repeal laws. Of course they do these things all the time!!!
