The Mayor of Be'er Sheva, "The Capital of the Negev" is a young thirty-something old guy, that did many good things for the southern Israeli city.

Be'er Sheva is very old, and he wished to bring better things into it. he wishes for the "modern Israeli technology" to get there more, offering better work-sites and jobs for students, improving sanitary, decorating the city. he is by far the most beloved and appreciated mayor any Israeli city has.

Trouble that wights on him, though, is the lack of shelters. in that city, there are many Elders, who live in very old houses (from the 20's) and they are not protected from rockets and missiles. Be'er Sheva, being a favourite destination for Hamas (The biggest most crowded city in the Negev), is at high risk. More than half of its civilians have no shelter, and those who do, will not get there in time, when there is alarm.

Those are the things the state is to worry about, and Mr. Danilovich hears the cries of the unprotected civilians with no real ability to help them.

In Ashkelon they say the situation is worse.

who own the buildings or houses ----at least that is true of
all of those I have seen. They are not MADE OUT OF CONCRETE---
in fact they can even be dust floor cellars ------the islamo-nazis
seem to believe that "BOMB SHELTER" ---in israel means some
sort of STARWARS high tech GOVERNMENT MADE luxury
structure The complaint that the Gazans
are unable to make shelters without CONCRETE----is typical

and some scrap metal garbage can make a bomb
shelter----in fact way back circa 1960---my brother

and a bit of metal scrap Of course the network of
