LOL. This shining example is one of exactly how things should go. Simple. Cops caught a man breaking the law by accident. Cops dropped charges after they figured out that there were no nefarious intentions or any other reason to charge and that the man had learned the laws in that state. It is unlikely that he will forget to check with the state laws again before choosing to CC.
