This is a modernism industry vignette about eco-terrorism, Manchester, and Poison Ivy (DC Comics).

"Manchester (England) had seen much intrigue and cultural (and historical) development in recent times, and after the lauded soccer-clubs associated with Manchester received a great deal of media attention and 'TV-time,' Manchester became an English 'beacon' for global perspectives on general 'English culture.' When people thought about the attitudes towards work and play in England, they might consider the atmosphere of Manchester!"

"Unfortunately, with every modern civilization spotlight, there comes the odious problem of industrialization-related eco-pollution. Eco-pollution is a factor in the Earth's inability to handle dramatic climate-shifts, and eco-pollution is considered a political 'duty' to address for new age politicians. Eco-terrorism is therefore a completely 'modern phenomenon,' and the fictional comic book villainess (or anti-heroine?), the eco-terrorist Poison Ivy (DC Comics) has become a social pulpit 'totem' of the pragmatism associated with modern liberal politics. Should the residents of Manchester hoist/recognize Poison Ivy as a totemic politico-consciousness symbol of progressive industrialization-criticism dialogue?"

"This case will be resolved in the courtrooms of the legal system and in the proverbial 'court of public opinion' (e.g., pedestrian street-gossip, tabloids, etc.). We have to determine if eco-terrorism is the proportionate response to industrialization mismanagement and if Poison Ivy is a reliable education tool/image for modern public discourse regarding 'civics angst.' What would U.S. First Lady Melania Trump say about Manchester's 'moral obligation' to use Poison Ivy in a liberal/democratic round-table discussion about humanism-oriented sociopolitical (and sociocultural!) reform? We are obligated to listen to the voices of women in this new age of 'pedestrian populism' (e.g., World Bank, EPA, etc.)."

GOD: Poison Ivy will be overlooked in Manchester.
SATAN: That's arguable...
GOD: Does the modern laborer really care about social consciousness?
SATAN: Everyone appreciates the political relevance of modern art.
GOD: Manchester receives media-attention thanks to soccer-clubs.
SATAN: Yes, Manchester City and Manchester United are popular clubs!
GOD: There may be a Batman movie involving Manchester 'activity.'
SATAN: Indeed, and perhaps there should be(!) (since industry inspires ethics).
GOD: Does industry inspire ethics? Do the youngsters of Manchester like Poison Ivy?
SATAN: Eco-terrorism will always be 'incendiary,' but art-dialogue promotes debate.
GOD: As long as the ugly head of censorship does not emerge, this can be fun.
SATAN: What does U.S. President Donald Trump think about economic regrets?
