The costs keep rising to sustain the poverty in these areas. progs have successfully convinced African Americans that they are their saviors. And the results are middling as those who escaped were given a disproportionate number of government work. contractor work, etc. to make improvements look good and now we enforced equity to lower standards officially to make it look better. Trump tried another way. And Progs would have none of it.
